our team brings expertise to every project, from landscape design and installation to hardscapes, irrigation, lighting, and full landscape management. Kevin Kinard, Founder/ Co-Owner
What began as a side gig in 2000 for our founder gradually evolved into a thriving family business. Over the years, his dedication to quality landscaping services laid a strong foundation, and his son soon took an interest in the industry while working alongside him. After his son graduated high school, he was given the opportunity to turn his passion into a career. When asked if he wanted to pursue landscaping full-time, he eagerly said yes. With their combined experience and shared vision, they officially launched Kinard Landscaping, LLC as a full-time business in 2021, becoming co-owners. Together, they have expanded the company into a reputable, full-service landscaping provider, committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Koby Kinard, Co-Owner/ Operations
Koby has been in the landscaping industry since 2011, inspired by his father’s weekend lawn care business. After high school, he took over his father’s clients and the ones he had gained himself, leading him to establish Kinard Landscaping, LLC in 2021. While studying Horticulture at Spartanburg Community College, he gained expertise in landscape and maintenance, and chemical treatments. His dedication and quality work quickly earned him a strong reputation, transforming Kinard Landscaping from a small maintenance business into a full-service landscape company. Today, Koby continues to grow the company, providing expert landscaping solutions across all aspects of the industry.
